Well, today is February 23, and it is... *drumroll* Dakota Fanning's birthday! (I remember posting last year on her birthday too. lol). But wow, I can't believe she's 14 already. But I am so glad that she has stayed grounded and down-to-earth, and I hope she continues to stay that way. So Dakota, I hope you have an awesome birthday! I wish you all the best! :)
Well, yesterday at school wasn't quite the same as Tuesday, because the basketball team played earlier so they got back during 3rd block. I didn't really do much in my classes though, except I had my grammar test in English. So it was still a pretty easy day! And, the team won again so we'll be having another day like this on Thursday!

Haha, I've decided to start numbering all my posts now because I can never think of a title for them, and when I do it's usually really stupid. So yeah, this is my 23rd post! lol
Well, yesterday was my last day of the long weekend. I was hardly home at all! lol. In the morning I went to Jazzercise with my mom. In case you don't know, Jazzercise is like a combination of exercising and dancing. I'm usually the only one there under 30. Other moms will occasionally bring their daughters, but I'm the only one that goes every Saturday and every day off that we have from school (my mom goes every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, and I go too if we have the day off). :) It's fun though. I actually get along quite well with older people. :)
Then later we went to see the movie Jumper! There were two reasons I really wanted to see this movie, 1. because I've always been fascinated with the idea of teleporting (yeah, I know I'm a dork. lol) and 2. Hayden Christensen is in it!!!! (I of course did not mention reason #2 to my mom, because I knew she'd probably tease me. lol). But anyway, I really enjoyed the movie and my parents liked it too. :)
Well, if I remember correctly, in my last post I said how I would probably be doing basically nothing at school today because of the basketball game. Well, I was right! In all my classes, less than half of the class was even there! I was amazed at how easy it was to make my way through the halls with so many people gone (our school has gone WAY over the capacity- we have more than 2,000 students enrolled and we REALLY need to build a new high school)! Well, first was my study hall class, which I go to during my driver's ed period every day but Monday (my driving day). I go to my former history teacher's room, and his class was watching "The Patriot". I had no homework or anything to do so I watched it too. In business tech, my teacher wasn't even there, so we had a sub. Of course, we couldn't start on a new project since over half the class was missing, so I spent most of the period on addictinggames.com. That got pretty boring, but luckily there were enough games to keep me busy for 90 minutes. lol. Then in Spanish, we watched Shrek 2 in Spanish but with the English subtitles so that we would have some idea of what was going on. lol. And sadly, in English, we actually had to do work! lol. We actually weren't missing quite as many people in that class, so we did do some work. But luckily it was pretty easy- it was just a grammar packet- not very much fun, but at least it was easy. Sadly I'm going to have to actually work tomorrow. LOL. But, it turns out our team won the game and they're going to have another one on Friday! And apparently we'll be playing our biggest rival, meaning there will probably be even more people gone. I told my mom I might as well just stay home that day- that'd be pretty weird if it ended up being me and like, 2 other people in my classes. But both my mom and I think it's weird that they're scheduling all these games during school.
Well, that's about it for now. :) Later!

Shopping <3

Well, I'm really happy that this is a long weekend and I don't have school tomorrow. :) And apparently on Tuesday, our girls' basketball team is going somewhere to play a big game and a bunch of people are going to it, even though they'll miss school. So I'll be one of the few people that's even at school. I'm assuming I probably won't be doing anything productive that day. :) I already know we're just going to watch a movie in Spanish class.
Well, yesterday was fun because I got to go shopping! We drove out to a city near us (for safety reasons I am not going to say where. lol). My dad even ended up buying a few shirts for himself. lol. I got two new shirts at Aeropostale and tank tops to go under them at JCPenney. My parents and I also looked at a pet shop and saw lots of adorable puppies and bunnies. :P And then before we left, we got ice cream at the food court. It was lots of fun. :) My mom thinks it's so funny how a few years ago I didn't even really like to shop for clothes, but now I love to and could walk around a mall all day. lol. I shop pretty much everywhere, although I'm not into Hollister and Abercrombie like everyone my age is- mostly because it's so expensive, and my mom also doesn't think it's appropriate because she said a friend of hers went into Hollister one time to get a gift card for her niece, and they all had pictures that looked inappropriate, and even when I passed by there yesterday, I couldn't help but notice some of the pictures in their windows. I do like American Eagle and Aeropostale, but that's basically it for the "popular" stuff. Overall I guess I'd be considered pretty "uncool"- I go to department stores like JCPenney since they're cheaper and I even still go to Limited Too, which everyone my age would never wear since it's a kids' store- but who cares? The clothes look basically the same as any other store, they're just in smaller sizes and they are often more bright and colorful, which I don't think is a bad thing. :) I'm glad they have all the way up to a size 20 though, or else I probably wouldn't fit into it anymore since it's kids sizes. lol. So yeah, as you can see I really like shopping. lol

Driving

Well, driving last Monday wasn't too bad. haha. Luckily, all Coach Hall made us do was drive around the stadium parking lot, which I have done before. And luckily, all the people in my driving group are really nice, so I don't have to worry about anyone going, "Omg, Hannah can't drive, she's such a freak." lol. We are going to have to go on the road eventually, but we won't have to until we've had enough experience.
Well, I had no school today! It was a teacher workday, so it was nice to be able to stay home. It was a nice short week of school. :) And on Wednesday, I went to another dance at my friend Shaun's church. I went to one back in November, but that of course was when I was overloaded with schoolwork, so I guess that's why I never told about it. But yeah, this one wasn't as long since it was on a school night, but it was still really fun. :) My friends and I danced like crazy (usually I'd be really embarrassed to dance that in public, but since I was with my friends and everyone else was doing the same thing, it was okay. :) And then, of course they played the "slow" songs where the guys and girls were supposed to dance together. I danced with Shaun, and also with this other guy. Sometimes random guys will just ask you to dance, so it's a little awkward. lol. But everyone there is really nice, so it's cool. :)
Well, I guess that's it for now. Later!
